Still notice a little static. May need to use 12 balls in dryer.

I really wanted this to be a great product and it comes pretty close. For towels and other cottons, it does a great job. They are soft and wrinkle free. I don’t notice a scent. They work well on cotton clothes like jeans and work shirts. However, I did a load of dark clothes that included knit yoga pants and tee shirts. They were covered in white lint. I had to use a sticky roller to get the lint off. I will continue to use them for cottons but I don’t think I want to get out the lint roller every time I dry knits.

Using these did not decrease drying time!

Couldn’t give a review. My dryer’s belt broke the first time I tried the wool balls. Don’t think they were the problem though. 3- Star only because I needed to give a rating to submit my review to get the unwanted the emails to stop about reviewing this product.

I’ve only tried the wool dryer balls once so far. I used all six balls for a medium load and it took two cycles to dry. At this time I can’t say how wonderful they are, but maybe it takes time. I also ordered the essential oils for the balls, which gave my clothes a fantastic smell. I won’t go back to dryer sheets as they are not good for the environment, but I did not find these dryer balls to lessen the drying time. Good product, but does not perform as advertised.

They check a lot of the right boxes for me: low-tech, organic, reusable, etc. But honestly I’m not totally sold on how well they work. I have no opinion of whether they speed drying time or not – too difficult to measure. As to the softness and/or lack of wrinkles with towels, sheets, t-shirts… ok, I guess. Better than without using the dryer balls for sure, but don’t know if they are as good as/better than dryer sheets. Haven’t used sheets in a long time so hard to compare. And scent? None that I can detect, so if you’re hoping for ‘fresh-smelling’ – whatever that means – I think you’ll be disappointed.I’ll continue using them because they certainly help with softness and wrinkles. But I’m not enthused.

I’ve used dryer balls before, so I know how they’re supposed to work. These did make my clothes soft however they did not cut the drying time down any, which was disappointing. I tried several different size loads and had the same issue with all of them not drying quicker.

Haven’t had a chance to use the wool dryer balls yet. But I wish they were made in USA and not China.

I have not noticed a huge change in drying time..

These are a gift for someone else so I have no experience with them to be able to leave a review.

I can’t really tell a difference between these and dryer sheets. They DO NOT help with static at all thou!!

Everything else is cool, and I really like that the wool balls would help my laundry dry faster, but they didn’t help with static. My laundry was just made of regular clothes and towels. It came out with a lot of static. I had to start using dryer sheet with the wool balls to remove static.

I didn’t feel like they dried my clothes any faster than dryer sheets. Plus, they didn’t remove any of the static from our clothes. The static was so bad that I stopped using them.

I haven’t noticed much of a difference with the drying time or wrinkles. Does help to soften the material. The wool balls do stay intact over time

I wanted to rid the usage of dryer sheets. I researched alternatives and was excited when I purchased these. I have a daughter who has eczema and would really like to eliminate all artificial products for the laundry. I was left disappointed. Not only are my clothes completely static-y but they don’t feel any softer or less wrinkled than when I was using dryer sheets.

Clothes are soft, wrinkle free but full of static! These do nothing for static! Most of my socks were stuck to my hoodies! These may be okay for someone that lives in a warmer climate but not for us in the colder states. I will use in spring/summer when static is not so prevalent.
